Our wines
Le Château Borie Neuve , is above all a wine tourism and wine-making experience punctuated by the song of the cicadas and the smell of thyme in the garrigue. At the gates of the city of Carcassonne and a stone's throw from the Canal du Midi, you will immediately be struck by its unusual and soothing views, offering you holidays, entertainment, rest and good humour.
It is no less than 5 gîtes and 5 chambres d'hôtes that blend into this winegrowing landscape. Open all year round, we have the capacity to accommodate no less than 30 people at the same time on the property.
It is also an opportunity to discover our wines, which are made from a wide variety of grape varieties and are produced by committed, environmentally friendly and human-sized winegrowers. In addition to our vineyards, we have a 2 hectare park which is part of our tourist area, where many of our activities are carried out. numerous activities are organised throughout the year (summer evenings, spring markets etc....).
Beyond the wine, our mission is also to promote our entire vineyard, by inviting people to come directly to the estate, to create an encounter, an experience.
Our philosophy is to bring the consumer as close as possible to the producers by favouring the short circuit.
Sharing our know-how is an integral part of our approach to wine tourism.
It is therefore a complete experience with the smell of the Minervois, its values, its traditions and its know-how.
